Are you innovating?

Clearing a new road doesn't mean you know how to benefit from that work.

What I mean, is that you can create something totally new and just don't get the results that you would like with it. When you innovate, you don't always get the come back that you would like. This means that you need to dig into the heart of those who are using it to find what could be done to make it better. If you keep improving it, you'll end up with devoted people that are using it and it will grow with new people coming in to use it.

You can take a road that has already been cleared and do things better then them. That's another great way to build a business. You don't need to be the first, you just need to do it better.

What ever you do, if you take the time to listen to your users, you'll find better ways to get your business into their life. When a user start to become emotional about your business, that's when you know that you have hit the target. That user will bring more user and it will become more and more lucrative.
